I have wondered if any of the places I write about know or care that I do!
Kinda reminds me of people who threaten to write negative reviews on Yelp if they don't get a comp on something.

foodycat - good question, I guess we'll neve know the answer. At least not until you are reviewing them in the national press!
nate-n-annie - I think I'm with foodycat on this one, I'm not sure there are any solid ethics codes that reviewers follow.
