Interview

(Shameless self-promotion alert. Hey, I don’t get on TV very often so I’m making the most of it)

Ahead of tonight’s semi-final, here’s a little interview with me talking about food, cooking and John and Gregg.

If you would care to relive what has become known as the ‘WI Debacle’ then it’s available on iPlayer. If you’d prefer to sit tight and wait for the next instalment it’s on BBC1 tonight (1st April) at 8:30pm.

Oh, and have a decadent decadently long weekend x

Note: It seems that the video is too large for my little blog and is spilling over onto the sidebar. I don't know how to fix this. If you'd prefer to watch it without bits of text covering it, you can see it here instead

Gorgeous pig's cheeks! But I can't believe you underestimated your spuds again! What do you have against potatoes?

Just watched you on the telly!
well done for going through to the final three.
I thought your dish was the best, especially the dessert. I love anything coffee.
again, well done!

Loved the pigs head recipes Alex, I'm sure I would have really enjoyed eating them, whether I knew what it was or not! Well done, and good luck!

you sir are not only a fabulous cook, but a darn natural on the camera.

Here in the rubbish USofA we don't get the UK masterchef, and I wish now that we did. I would love to see more of you in action.

Great looking, inventive modern food, with personality, enthusiasm and great technique behind it.

I have often wondered how many of the foodbloggers have been on Masterchef...now I know of at least one!!! Good luck!
Glad I found your site!

If you have used the code direct from YouTube to "embed" in your blog, I think you can alter the width by just changing the line of code

object width="640" height="385"

and just change it accordingly to whatever size you want to.

But hey, I'm no web wizard - and can't be held responsible for any video related incidents :)

Commiserations on not getting the masterchef trophy but methinks you'll travel just as far without it.
