That is fantastic, also gets around the problem of people being funny about the raw eggs in traditional mousse.
Now I want to know how this tastes!! Interesting video; I wouldn't think it was possible to make with just water, but... I am gonna try!

Hmm, ok I believe you (although I didn't really doubt). And I'm also very impressed you managed to use a word like 'hirsute' in a short entry about chocolate mousse. Well done. Have you heard of the website "Save the Words" (http://www.savethewords.org)? You can adopt a word that's hardly ever used any more, and there are some pretty great ones that have gone sadly out of fashion... :-)

I believed you after the first post, but I am going to give it a go tomorrow I think...I was telling friends about it at dinner last night, and they didn't believe me, so I have sent them the link, they thought I was mad and I had to try to remember the science behind it. Fingers crossed it works for me too!
