And yes to cleaning up as you go. Looking at a mountain of dishes after cooking is so discouraging, but when you make cleaning part of the cooking process it feels alright. Also I've been looking for a good Phad Thai recipe, so thank you! I'm bookmarking!Hopiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13753084404615138779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2147312096017840014.post-20021561457268987842010-06-18T06:01:16.239+00:002010-06-18T06:01:16.239+00:00some fantastic looking food there Mr.

It really does make cooking that much more pleasurable—and makes me feel more competent as I'm able to cook with fluidity instead of a bunch of starting and stopping. I recently wrote down a recipe for a friend, and included the mise en place as the first part to encourage it. Hopefully she feels the benefits!Jonathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01737163616687835170noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2147312096017840014.post-22039978346666512892010-06-16T10:13:38.634+00:002010-06-16T10:13:38.634+00:00Wow, this looks amazing - I love Phad Thai and it ...Wow, this looks amazing - I love Phad Thai and it is my boyfriend's favourite, so I will be giving this a go! She chucked them on the hot plate uncooked after frying the initial ingredients then added a cupful of water and put a lid over it for a minute or two. They had a lovely bite compared to some of the amorphous blobs of noodle we had at other places.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
