BUT I a...Well the process seems easy enough, right? BUT I always get a mass of blown out rice. I've tried cooking it slowly, cooking it quickly. I just want the grains to hold their shape while the overall result is thick and creamy!<BR/><BR/>Maybe it's the brand of rice? I know there's a difference with pasta and so I only buy two brands.
